The another significant problem that causes to startups fail is an inefficient management team. A team should compliment each other’s strengths and should mimic their weakness together. Trust among team is also an integral factor to lead the firm to success. The team should sincerely work for a common goal.
Lack of fund
Without money, the startups can not survive for long time as it is an indispensable part of every modern businesses. Some business starts without well planning about the infrastructure such as office, equipments and so on and also they don’t even think about the fund to carry out the day to day operations. As a result, the business go down in an early stage itself.
Apart from this, there are many reasons that lead to the failure of startups such as bad luck, poor execution, building complex solutions, listen to advice from wrong people, poor leadership skills and so on.
Taking everything into consideration, Startups fails because they don’t take strong effort to design, develop and manage their firm. Good ideas, strong team and funding can rise the startups to success.
